Thank you for choosing RJPL Academy. The following terms apply to any courses or products purchased from instructors on our platform.
Interpretation and Definitions
Enterprise (referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to RJPL Academy.
Course / Product refers to digital courses, classes, or learning materials offered for sale by instructors on RJPL Academy.
Order means your request to purchase a Course or Product from Us.
Service refers to RJPL Academy and its Learning Management System (LMS).
Website refers to academy.rjplindia.com.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf the Service is accessed.
Enrollment Cancellation and Refund Rights
You may cancel your enrollment or subscription within the enrollment period. If you cancel during an ongoing course, you are eligible for a partial refund for classes not yet attended or remaining in the course.
Example:
If you enroll in a 30-day course and attend 10 days, canceling the course will give you a refund for the remaining 20 days only, not the full 30-day fee.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method used during purchase. No extra fees will be charged.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds apply only to unused portions of the course.
Fully completed or fully accessed courses are not refundable.
Courses customized or personalized specifically for you are not eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted courses may have different refund policies; applicable law may override these conditions.
Technical / LMS Platform Requirements
To ensure accurate refunds, RJPL Academy requires:
1. User Account: Each learner must have a registered account.
2. Progress Tracking: Attendance, time spent, and completed modules must be recorded to calculate refundable portions.
3. Payment Records: Payment history must be maintained to process partial refunds.
4. Communication: Clear notification channels (email or in-platform messages) for refund requests.
5. Course Access Control: Access to unused content will be revoked after the refund is processed.
